Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Custom-designed items and installation services are not eligible for return unless otherwise specified in writing.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order information. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number. Returns must be shipped to the address we provide and include all original packaging and documentation.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account after processing.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Service Cancellations

Design consultation services may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
